Create your workspace
A workspace is the container for everything you build: flows, pricing rules, widget design, leads, email settings and documents all belong to exactly one workspace.
Signing up
Section titled “Signing up”You can create an account with an email address and password, or with Google or GitHub. Whichever you choose, the first thing that happens after signing up is onboarding, where you name your first workspace.
Pick a name your team will recognise — it appears in the workspace switcher at the top of the sidebar, and members will see it in invitation emails.
What lives in a workspace
Section titled “What lives in a workspace”Everything, effectively:
- Flows and their published versions
- Pricing rules
- Widget design settings, and the currency everything is quoted in
- Leads and documents
- Email settings, templates and custom variables
- The member list and their roles
Two workspaces share nothing. This is what makes them useful for agencies and for anyone running genuinely separate brands — a flow you build in one is invisible to the other, and so are its leads.
Currency
Section titled “Currency”One currency per workspace, set under Workspace defaults on Email Settings. Everything in the workspace is quoted in it — you cannot price one flow in euros and another in dollars.
Worth settling before you enter a lot of amounts, because changing it later relabels your numbers rather than converting them. See Choosing your currency.
Using more than one workspace
Section titled “Using more than one workspace”The switcher at the top of the sidebar shows the workspace you are currently in and lets you move between the ones you belong to. Everything in the sidebar below it reloads to reflect the workspace you switched to.
