Email notifications
When a visitor completes a flow, two emails are usually worth sending: one to the visitor with their estimate, and one to you saying a lead has arrived. Both are configured under Notifications and Email Settings in the sidebar.
The customer’s copy
Section titled “The customer’s copy”The visitor gets the estimate they were just shown, at the address they entered in the Email step. This is the email that decides whether they remember you tomorrow, so it is worth wording properly — see Email templates.
Your notification
Section titled “Your notification”Internal recipients are set per template, so a flow for one service can notify a different person than a flow for another. Add whoever actually follows up, not a shared inbox nobody watches.
Price display
Section titled “Price display”Under Email Settings you choose how the price appears:
- Exact — the calculated number.
- Range ±% — the number presented as a range, with the percentage you set.
A range is the honest choice when your estimate genuinely depends on things the flow could not ask about. It also protects you from a customer treating an early number as a fixed quote. If your flow captures enough to be confident, Exact is stronger — precision reads as competence.
Before you rely on it
Section titled “Before you rely on it”Send yourself a test from SMTP Profile and confirm the mail arrives and does not land in spam. Do this from the address you actually intend to send from — see Sending from your own address, which is the single biggest factor in whether these emails get delivered at all.
