Invite your team
Workspace members are managed under Members in the sidebar.
NineOffer has three roles.
| Role | Can do |
|---|---|
| Admin | Everything, including managing members, roles and workspace settings. |
| Editor | Build and publish flows, edit pricing rules and widget design, work leads. Cannot manage members. |
| Viewer | Read-only. Can see flows, pricing and leads; cannot change them. |
Give people the lowest role that lets them do their job. Editor is the right default for anyone building flows; Viewer suits a salesperson who only needs to read the leads, and an accountant who only needs to see documents.
Inviting someone
Section titled “Inviting someone”An Admin invites by email address and chooses the role at the same time. The invitation is sent as an email with a link; opening the link and accepting adds them to the workspace with the role you chose.
Invitations are per-address and single-use. If someone loses the email, re-issue the invitation rather than forwarding the old one.
Join requests
Section titled “Join requests”Someone who already has a NineOffer account can request to join a workspace instead of waiting for an invitation. Requests appear on the Members page for an Admin to approve or decline. Approving adds them; declining does not notify them.
This is the easier path when you are onboarding a group of people at once — point them at the workspace and approve the requests as they arrive, rather than typing fifteen email addresses.
