What is NineOffer?
NineOffer turns the “how much will this cost?” conversation into something your website can handle on its own.
You build a short question flow, attach pricing rules to the answers, and embed the result on your site as a widget. A visitor answers the questions, sees a price, and leaves their contact details. You get a lead with the full answer set attached, so the first call you make is already an informed one.
The four pieces
Section titled “The four pieces”Flows are the questions. A flow is a sequence of steps — choices, numbers, free text — that ends with an email capture. Flows live under Flows in the sidebar, and you edit them in the Widget Builder.
Pricing rules turn answers into a number. You set a base price, then add rules that fire when certain answers are given. Rules can add a fixed amount, a percentage, a per-unit rate, or a tiered rate. They live under Pricing Rules.
The widget is what your visitors see. Its appearance — colours, fonts, position on the page, the trigger button — is configured under Widget Design, independently of the questions themselves.
Leads are the output. Every completed estimate is stored with its answers and its calculated price, and moves through a status pipeline as you work it. They live under Leads.
What a visitor experiences
Section titled “What a visitor experiences”- They land on your page and see your trigger button.
- They open the widget and answer the questions.
